Meet The Team

Here is our awesome team.

Dr. Puree Rivers, Co-Founder

Dr. Puree Rivers is the Co-Founder of Pathways 2 Military Careers and a distinguished educator with over 20 years of experience in middle and secondary education. Her career is built on a deep commitment to student success, backed by an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Assessments and an M.Ed. in Administration and Supervision.
Dr. Rivers brings a rare and specialized expertise to military preparation. Since 2022, she has served as the Director of a prominent military program dedicated to helping candidates successfully pass the ASVAB. In this leadership role, she led a team in developing the core curriculum used by the program. Furthermore, she provides ongoing professional development to the instructional staff, ensuring all training is grounded in current, research-based educational techniques.
She co-founded Pathways 2 Military Careers to address a critical need: preparing high-quality, capable candidates for service. Dr. Rivers recognized that many motivated young people were struggling with the ASVAB, a key barrier to entry. Her work directly tackles this challenge, helping candidates achieve competitive AFQT scores and providing the armed forces with strong, qualified personnel.
At PW2MC, Dr. Rivers specializes in personalized ASVAB tutoring and building individualized military career paths. She holds current teaching and leadership certifications in South Carolina, Texas, and Missouri.
Dr. Rivers believes every recruit should have the opportunity to build a military career that is both satisfying and rewarding. When not helping future leaders, she enjoys glamping, tailgating, and spending time with her family, including her son, a power-lifter, and her three nieces.
